There is a way to use power and there is a way to lose power, the former is hard and the latter is easy.
You can have power by exerting it, or you can have power by withdrawing it. The former is building power, the latter is manifesting your natural power.
There is a way to learn and there is a way to empty. The former fills the head and the latter fills the heart.
You can strive for happiness or you can accept it. The former is temporary happiness, the latter is lasting happiness.
When you crave, you lack; when you are satisfied, you are full.
Fill it up and you’re empty, empty and you’re full.
If you look for happiness, you don’t have it; if you stop looking for it, it comes to you.

Relax
Open your heart
Let go and trust
Leave it alone
I can only know
Only to do
Only to be
Only to love

힘을 쓰는 길이 있고 힘을 빼는 길이 있어요. 전자는 힘들고 후자는 평이합니다.
힘을 써서 힘을 가질 수 있고 힘을 빼서 힘을 가질 수 있어요. 전자는 힘을 키우는 거고 후자는 본래 힘을 발현합니다.
배우는 길이 있고 비우는 길이 있어요. 전자는 머리를 채우고 후자는 가슴을 채웁니다.
노력해서 행복할 수 있고 받아들여서 행복할 수 있어요. 전자는 일시적인 행복이며 후자는 변함없는 행복입니다.
갈망하면 부족하고 만족하면 충만합니다.
채울 수록 공허하고 비울 수록 넘칩니다.
복을 찾으면 복이 없고 더 이상 찾지 않으면 복이 찾아옵니다.

힘을 빼라
마음을 열어라
믿고 가자
내버려두어라
오직 모를 뿐
오직 할 뿐
